1、 The feeding system provides high quality raw materials
The auxiliary processing equipment for feeding system mainly includes drying, conveying, metering and mixing equipment.
Drying equipment is used for molding and processing of hygroscopic materials, such as ABS, POM, PC, PA and PMMA. In some processing processes of polyolefin plastics, in order to ensure the quality of products, it is also necessary to highly dry them, such as in the production of PP-R pipes, injection molding of pipe fittings, and poly (ethylene terephthalate) for cross-linked polyethylene Ethylene raw materials also need to be dried to the required moisture content. For the feeding system, the spring tube conveying system and roots blower type air conveying system are adopted for powder conveying, while the vacuum feeder is used for particle conveying. Centralized feeding equipment is mostly suitable for large-scale and automatic production process. The equipment is controlled by computer, and all kinds of raw materials are weighed by metering device and then enter into mixer. The hopper is equipped with material level sensor, which can automatically open or close the storage barrel on the conveying pipeline according to the amount of material. The key technology of centralized feeding system is the measurement of electronic scale, which can feed the required materials in proportion.
2、 Temperature control to ensure product quality
In the process of plastic processing, the heating equipment mainly refers to the temperature heating controller of barrel mold and calendering roll used in extrusion, injection molding, calendering and other production equipment. At present, the complex steam heating mode is replaced by heat-conducting oil electric heating mode.
Mold temperature cooler is mainly used for mold temperature cooling of injection molding. Generally, there are cooling water channels in mold design. There are air-cooled and water-cooled coolers. The air-cooled type is portable, but its heat transfer capacity is low. The water-cooled type has large heat transfer capacity and good heat transfer effect, so it is widely used.
3、 Recycling to reduce production costs
In plastic processing, the proportion of scrap is about 5% - 20% of the total production. It can be said that the recycling of scrap determines the survival of enterprises to a certain extent. Plastic processing enterprises pay more and more attention to this. At present, more plastic disintegrator is applied to equipment that is suitable for grinding hard products and small volume products; crushing equipment used for recycling and granulating soft plastic foam; grinding machine for direct crushing and granulating of long products of pipes and profiles; and granulator for waste silk recovery. In the plastic recycling equipment, it is now moving towards the development direction of low noise, easy operation and continuous pipe conveying and discharging from the hopper.
For continuous comminution of large-scale parts, in order to avoid long-time turning and cutting of plastic parts in the crusher, heat is generated to change the plastic into elastic body state and it is difficult to crush. A crushing equipment with water-cooled jacket is developed to ensure the continuous operation and efficient crushing of large-scale plastic parts.
