        Working principle and characteristics:


        Plastic particle crusher is composed of silo, mechanical crusher, induced draft fan, cyclone, vibrating screen, automatic feeder, liquid nitrogen tank, etc

        Liquid nitrogen is the cold source of PVC low-temperature pulverizer system. The crushed materials are brittle and easy to be crushed by cooling at low temperature. After entering into the chamber of mechanical pulverizer, the grinding effect is achieved by repeated impact, collision, shearing and friction between materials and blades, tooth discs and materials. The crushed materials are screened by airflow Classification and collection: the materials that do not meet the fineness requirements are returned to the silo for further crushing, and most of the cold air is returned to the silo for recycling
